Tomas Vaskela
Founder - VNP Design
Chief Executive Officer / Head Designer

Tomas Vaskela founded VNP Design in 2008. He currently serves as CEO and Head Designer at VNP Design. As CEO, he provides overall strategic direction for the company and as Head Designer he continue to impress everyone with his amazing creativity.

Before starting VNP Management Ltd. Mr. Vaskela spent two years working as Team leader/ Engineer at Premier Systems IT, a division of Premier Moves Ltd. Premier Systems IT was established to support Premier Moves extensive corporate client base with their IT requirements. Vodafone, B Sky B, Visa and Tesco are a few clients of Premier Systems IT.

Mr. Vaskela is also the co-founder of Baitnetas ISP (Internet Service Provider). He guided the successful growth of the Company for three years until its sale in 2005. Prior to Baitnetas ISP, Mr. Vaskela spent one year working as clerk at Le Meridien, Villon Hotel network chain in Lithuania.

Mr. Vaskela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Networks and Communications Engineering from the School of Informatics at University of Westminster, London.

Junaid Raja
Chief Technical Officer / Sales Executive

Junaid Raja serves as Chairman of the board of VNP Management and is a Special Advisor at VNP Design. He focuses especially on the client relations sector. He works on providing highly efficient and low cost hosting solutions for customers of all ranges. He works on a variety of Network Infrastructures with inputs that help build reliable networks for all types of business enterprises. He uses a range of traditional techniques as well as modern approaches for choosing the right solutions for all technical platforms.

Before joining VNP Management Ltd. Mr. Raja spent two years working as System Administrator at Telecity, one of largest hosting networks and data centre in the UK that has over 10, 000 customers worldwide. Telecity manages racks and servers for clients, including a fibre optic backbone network. He has also had experience with a range of vendors including Cisco Technologies, F5, BlueCoat, Juniper, Snort, and Dell.

Mr. Raja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster, School of Informatics. He plans to pursue a Masters degree in Networks and Communications Engineering, as well as Cluster and Grids engineering.

Xuan Vaskela
Chief Financial Officer / Human Resources Executive

Xuan Vaskela joined VNP Management in 2009. With her expertise in financial sector she soon secured Chief in Finance position in our team. Her primary responsibilities are carried out daily transactions and preparation of management accounts. Her secondary responsibilities are Human Resources Management.

Before joining VNP Management Ltd, Xuan spent one year working as stock broker in South China Securities (UK) Ltd, the London branch. Where she gained experience in investments and communications with the clients. She has obtained SII Unit 1 regulation and Unit 2 securities certificate acknowledged by FSA.

Mrs. Vaskela holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and international Finance from City University CASS Business School and Bachelor degree in Accouanting and Finance from the London South Bank University. Now she is pursuing to complete ACCA in her spare time.

Kick Ass
Head Developer

Kick Ass (real Hero identity cannot be revealed) and Tomas Vaskela (VNP Design founder) were Classmates in University of Westminster. From then Kick Ass were inspired by Mr. Vaskela's vision to build creative Web Design Company.

Kick Ass is our head developer who always being challenged by creative VNP Design ideas. He is also responsible for testing and making sure all our websites are 'thug'(bug) free space before being signed off by the client.

Kick Ass has finished his BSc Honours Internet Computing degree in University of Westminster in 2009 and continue to fight with every Thug who stands in the way.
